Which was the first E-journal to be published on the net and when (year and publsher )? 2. Latest figure- Number of journals published in E-form, now available on the net ( both free and on subscription ). This would not include archieves and backvolumes sites such as J-store. 3. Is there any yearly, time series data available, showing the growth in e-jls?
