Dear Students, Librarian Guide introduces a one month Online Library Internship for the students who have completed MLISc or pursuing. This internship will provide an opportunity to the students to learn about the library procedures to manage housekeeping operations and also about the different library technologies being used worldwide. The interested students may register for this internship provided they have completed the MLISc during 2022 - 2024 or are pursuing the same in the current academic year. The internship will include the following: a. Acquisition - Complete Book Purchase Process b. Technical Processing - Classification & Cataloguing c. Circulation & Patron Management d. Serial Control & E-Resource Management e. Library Technologies such as Koha, DSpace, Joomla, WordPress etc. f. Stack Management h. Other important work of Library This internship will be in the ONLINE mode and only for one month and will be conducted only from Monday to Friday.
