Based on the postulates laid down by Corbusier - ethics, sociology, economics, technology, it will be a state-of-the-art building with discussion rooms, research facilities and a library.

With an objective to collect and disseminate information, the MoK would have a digital library storing books, tapes, CDs, computers. Visitors will also avail Internet facility, the spokesman said.
