It aims to provide a vibrant platform for scholars, academicians, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss and disseminate the finest research in the area of resilience and sustainable practices in each discipline of management such as HR/OB, Marketing, Finance and economics, IT, Entrepreneurships and Operation. Participation from more than 50 countries are expected to attend the conference.
