
*Apologies for cross potings *Sub: Call for Papers* Dear Colleagues, Journal of Library & Information Management (JLIM), bearing ISSN 0975-878X, is a peer reviewed journal. JLIM is dedicated to increasing depth and research across all areas of library and information management. JLIM welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general academic standards and excellence in the topical area of *"Stress Management for Library & Information Professionals"* for the forthcoming issue Vol 2(1) and will publish original articles in basic and applied research, and case reports. You are invited to submit manuscript(s) to jlim2010@rediffmail.com OR library.journal2010@gmail.com. *Instructions to authors:* 1. Manuscripts should be typed in double-spaced with a wide margin and on one side of the A4 size paper only. Illustrations, if any should be submitted along with the manuscripts on separate sheets or in .jpg format. 2. Manuscripts should be sent along with the undertaking/ authorization letter for the originality, IPR and copyright issues in favor of the Chief Editor or Managing Editor that may be published after necessary editing. Copyright shall remain with the Managing Editor. Manuscript should also accompany a brief resume of the authors on a separate sheet. 3. The first page of the article should consist of the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s) with affiliation details, and abstract of the paper not exceeding 150 words. Second page should start with the title of the paper again, followed by the text. 4. Footnotes and references should be in sequential order and given at the end of the paper. 5. The journal will follow the following style for the footnotes: - In the case of a book : Machiraju, H. R. (2005). Indian Financial System. New Delhi: Vikas Publishing House Pvt. Ltd.” - In the case of a journal article : Mustafa, M. (2000). Car Parking Managerial Perspectives: A case study of Delhi. Schooling for women’s Work London: Routledge. - Journal titles must be given in full and that the author’s first name or initials may be used. Proper care in the presentation of references would be highly appreciated. 6. Quotations must have page number with the appropriate reference in the footnote. It is the authors responsibility to obtain written permission to quote material which have already appeared. 7. Tables, diagrams, etc. should be numbered consecutively and titled. 8. All manuscripts will be peer reviewed or double-blind refereed. The decision of the editorial committee and Chief Editor will be final.
