INSPEC database is your best bet for this kind of
searches as it follows a good hirarchical classificatin system in
indexing the articles. INSPEC identifies Molecular Electronics" as a specific
hirarchical subject heading under the class code B2230. You may also need to use
a few more additionally related subject headings or class codes, appropriately
in proper combination.
