[LIS-Forum] Patent issues concerned with library

Dear professionals, I attended seminar on "Issues Beyond Patent, with Focus on: Patent Commercialisation" on 17th, March whcih is conducted in Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bangalore. From that I came to know about commercialization of patents, factors impacting patent licensing and many more. That talk was more concententrated on scientist aspects only. I want to know about how these IPR and patent issues concerned with library. Can any one send me useful information.
