Greetings from PLANNER 2026!

We are pleased to announce that the 13th Convention PLANNER–2026 is being organised by the INFLIBNET Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in collaboration with Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam, during 25-27 November, 2026.

The theme of PLANNER 2026 is “Empowering Knowledge Ecosystems: Collaborative, Inclusive and Sustainable Libraries”, which aims to highlight the role of libraries in empowering knowledge ecosystems through collaboration, inclusivity, and sustainability.

The sub-themes include:

• Collaborative Library Services, Intelligent Discovery Tools and Digital Workflows for North-East Libraries
• Digital Inclusion through Multilingual Tools, Accessibility Features and User-Centric Services
• Sustainable Libraries through Digital Preservation and Long-term Knowledge Management
• Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), Best Practices, Research Metrics, Open Science, Library Technologies and Standards

Important Dates:

• Paper Submission Deadline: 30 June 2026
• Acceptance Notification: 10 August 2026
• Registration Deadline: 15 October 2026
