The recently published Impact Factor for 2007 indicates the steady rise in
the Impact Factor of Indian Journal of Medical Research published by ICMR.
It continues to top all the Indian Journals with an IF of 1.67 for 2007.
It was also on the top of the list in 2006 with an IF of 1.224. Its rise
in the last five years is remarkable :
2007  - 1.67
2006  - 1.224
2005  - 0.869
2004  - 0.60
2003  - 0.452
This is mainly due to the constant efforts put by the editorial team and
making the journal an open access. You may perhaps bring this to the
notice of others concerned including LIS-Forum.
