Dear Members On the Occasion of the 125th birth anniversary of Dr. S R Ranganthan, Karnataka State Library Association in coloboration with Sri Khsetra Dharmasthala Education Trust , Department of Libraries, Karnataka and Dhakshina Kannada and Kodagu Library Association is organizing National conference on “Social Responsibilities of Libraries and Librarians in the Internet society: Challenges and Issues”. The conference is organized on the primary concern of Dr. S R Ranganathan i.e., Social Responsibility of libraries and Librarians. The Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) has become user‐friendly tool for easy delivery of information, at the point of needs, due to its ubiquitous accessibility.
