About Symposium
E-content has emerged as an essential information base in learning
organizations � academic, research and industrial. The Libraries face
problems concerned to Licensing and Regulatory norms of e-content,
particularly levying tax like service tax, income tax, TDS, etc.
The deliberations include views from various stakeholders� i.e., libraries,
publishers, aggregators, subscription agencies and authors. The expert
speakers include all stakeholders in addition to Tax and Legal
Professionals.
The program is designed in the form of a plenary talks and panel discussion
covering following topics:
