[LIS-Forum] Academic Insitutions - No libraries?

I saw a full page advertisement from Naranarayan Shastri Institute of Technology offering undergraduate and PG courses in Forensic science, affiliated to the National Forensic Sciences University, Ahmadabad. This was in Times of Indi of 6th August 2023. While listing several facilities / amenities / advantages of the campus, the advertisement is silent about any library facility. I am shocked and pained, as a retired librarian. Can any academic institutions survive without decent libraries?
