You may add the name of Assam University, Silchar in the list of Universities/Institutes offering PhDs in LIS. The University also offers MLISc and M. Phil in LIS. Thanks. There could be some more universities that may be offering LIS course without producing any PhD till 2014. The list may be updated with missing universities if any.
