The spl issue will be published to pay tribute to Late Prof Deshapande in the month of October 2018. Contributions in the form of articles, obituary notes, archived rare photographs, rememberance4s, or any other forms of expressions. His colleagues, students, associates, friends and those who want to share their views may contribute to the special issue not exceeding 6 A4 size papers.
