Dear Sir, Karnataka Government is in its implementation of e-governance is way ahead compared to any other state. The Bhoomi project which was aimed at digitizing land records and one of the highly successful e-initiative was started way back in 2001. In many other e-governance initiatives also Karnataka state has its own pride. The e-procurement of books and other goods also is in place for the last four to five years.
