This special issue will include all topics of digital library research. Main Theme: In recent years, the information on the Web, individuals or groups that select have converted the overwhelming example of a shared worldwide collection of information, into many digital libraries. We are in the process of creating a global infrastructure that will interconnect many computer networks and various forms of information technologies around the world, digital libraries being one of them. Knowgenesis International Journal for Technical Communication is one of the renowned journals in the world of technical communities. We have always been publishing each and every issue in the area of technical communication. This special issue focuses on the use, adoption and adaptation of digital libraries, which include work surrounding digital libraries and related technologies, the management of knowledge in digital libraries, and the associated usability and social issues. The theme of this issue focuses the Digital Libraries and knowledge and technology.
