Condolence Message
Department of Library & Information science, Gauhati University in a condolence meeting presided over by its Head Prof N Lahkar, expressed deep shock on the sad demise of Prof P N Kaula, UGC Emeritus Professor & Padmashree awardee on 30th august, 2009 in Lucknow.
Among others, Prof Alak Buragohain , Prof N N Sarma & Dr. R K Barman spoke on the life & works of Prof P N Kaula.
The meeting observed two minutes silence in his honour for the peace of eternal soul. The department along with teachers, former teachers, students, ex-students, research scholars pray the almighty for the peace of heavenly abode and convey the condolence to the members of the bereaved family.
