[LIS-Forum] Share of OA articles in OASPA journals keeps increasing

Friends: Surveys by Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA) show that the share of OA articles is increasing steadily. The CC BY license dominates, now accounting for over 89% of articles in fully OA journals, and around 63% of those in hybrid journals.
