With deep sense of grief and sorrow, it is to inform you Mr. M. C. Ragvan , Former, Librarian, IIPA, CRRI, LBSBA, AND Advisor, UNESCO has passed away on early morning of March 27th, 2014. With a sad demise of Mr. Ragvan the Library profession has lost a dedicated and committed professional. His contributions to the cause of Libraries and Librarianship have been acknowledged by all.
