We deeply mourn the passing of Prof. S. Seetharama, Former Professor and Head of the Documentation Research and Training Centre (DRTC), who passed away today September, 26, 2025  at 9:00 AM in Hyderabad. His immense contributions to the field of Library and Information Science, and particularly to DRTC, will always be remembered and cherished. Prof. Seetharama joined DRTC in 1971 and served with great dedication until his retirement in 1996.
