Dear library professionals Please explain the new rule of AICTE for library as given below "However, Institutions subscribing for DELNET / INDEST may continue to do so for the current year in place of Annexure I" In Annexure I(Prev. Appe. 10.) there are 8 online database essential for Engineering Institutes. What meaning of institutions subsribing for INDEST. If we are subscribing only IEEE from INDEST then is it ok?
