Anil, Thats right. Librarians normally get restricted to their own domain and we do not have very many cases like this. Of course it demands lot of factors favoring the candidate, apart from ones potential and interest level. Even in the corporate world where its comparatively easier to shift service streams, librarians (including me) seem less adventurous.
