Ratnakar New Delhi ___________________     Ranganathan Research Circle, New Delhi: 8th C V Subba Rao Memorial Lecture is being organized on September 23rd, 2006 (4th Saturday) at Hall No. 8 (Hall of Special Display) Pragati Maidan, New Delhi  at 2:00 P.M.   Theme of the Programme  is "Library & Information Science: A student's perspective".  There will be presentations from  L & IS students followed by a panel discussion. All are cordially invited.
