International Conference on Digital Libraries 2004
Dear Sir/Madam,
TERI is organizing the ICDL 2004 in partnership with Department of Culture, Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Government of India on knowledge creation, preservation, access and management from 24 to 27 February 2004 in association with Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA)/ The Commonwealth of Learning (COL).
The conference is expected to be a major forum focusing on digital libraries and related technologies, policies, and other issues. The conference is expecting an august gathering of 500 participants drawn from different areas which will witness cross-disciplinary participation by policy-makers, library and information professionals, IT professionals, knowledge managers, professionals from electronic publishing and virtual electronic communities, etc. involved in DL research and practice across the world.
