Friends: The Dutch are indeed very progressive when it comes to sharing knowledge. The Dutch universities are doing well in terms of making available their refereed research papers through archives. Now they have come up with a repository for theses and dissertations, and on the day the repository was announced it already had 10,000 theses! This is an area we in India and other countries in the South could (shamelessly) imitate the Netherlands! Arun
