The UGC Academic Staff College in collaboration with the Department of Library and Information Science (University of Kashmir) is organizing a Refresher Course from 7th to  30th  July, 2009 for working Assistant Librarians, Chief Librarians and faculty members on the theme of Modernization And Networking of Academic Libraries.
