[LIS-Forum] UPSC

Dear All, The UPSC had declared so many posts in which a applicant have the choice to select the given 23 different subjects, except Library and information as their optional subjects for preliminary exam . If Library & information subject is given place in UGC NET examination, then why it is not given a optional subject in UPSC?
