Is this book available in any Indian bookshop/library/personal
collection? If not, what is the least expensive mode of acquiring it
from abroad. I feel that amazon.com's shipping & handling charges
are too high for an average Indian buyer who wishes to develop his
personal collection.
I would like to hear the experiences of list members on the use of
credit card for such purchases from abroad.

P.S. By the way, the title of the book is quite misleading. Although
the book seems to deal with dog training, in fact, it is meant mainly
for humans (as well as for dog trainers!) and offers valuable insights
on human behaviour and its modification. Amazon.com offers a few
pages. Enjoy!
