Dear Professionals, I would be grateful to you if you provide me the rules and regulations regarding Stock Verification of Library books for Central Government Institutions. I need to get to know the permissible margin for writing off the missing books and in case of recovery of the cost of the books, how to calculate the cost allowing depreciation.
