Dear Professionals, You all may be aware that now a concept has been developed in our field that "you pay and publish your paper " particularly in case of Seminar/conference Volume which I think is the detoriation of quality of these publications.It is a matter of great regrate that the Natial associations like IASLIC,ILA etc are also demanding money with the paper even if these associations are not financially able to publish a pre seminar/conference volume without collecting money.
