Dear Sir/Madam, Just to add to the ongoing discussion on Sci-hub and copyright infringement, there is an another interesting work that we should look for "Who Owns that Song?: The Battle for Subramania Bharati’s Copyright" authored by A.R. Venkatachalapathy. This books narrates the story of how people of Tamil Nadu fought for the nationalization of Subramania Bharati's works and eventually government acquired the copyrights and put it in public domain for all to access freely.
