I used to meet him whenever I was in Dharwad. He made everyone feel that he/she was his favorite student . With his magnetic personality, cordial voice and deep understanding, he was a great role model. Besides being a great librarian, he was a sincere and silent social worker. He was closely associated with UGC, Gandhi Peace Foundation, Family Planning Association of India, Bharat Scouts and Guides and served on many Committees. He always used Khadi: He was a true Gandhian in spirit and action. We miss you, Sir. Dr Satya K.
