With respect and heavy heart, I express my heart felt homage to Prof.P.N.Kaula. Last link of Ranganathan is no more with us. It is really shocking and is a great loss for the LIS professionals.  I, on behalf of the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Kalyani, West Bengal join the LIS professionals of our country in conveying our condolence and heart-felt sympathies to his grieved family in this hour of sorrow. I pray that god give courage to bereaved family and professionals to bear the loss. May his great soul rest in peace.
