At Zoho he has been leading the IT and the Cloud Application Infrastructure Delivery teams. He was instrumental in the design and architecture of the Zoho's Infrastructure. He led the operations team, with focus on Performance management and Incident Management. He is a security evangelist at Zoho. He was instrumental in setting up the Application Security team and organizational policy frameworks for good Governance. His areas of focus are Massively scalable infrastructure, Security in the Cloud and efficient delivery of Services. He is passionate about programming and has led various software product teams. Currently, he is working on building platform for business metrics analytics. Prior to Zoho he has around 10 years of experience in Utility industry, Nuclear and Gas based power plants. He has a BE in Electronics and Communications and MS in software systems. He holds the CISSP, CISA certifications.
