Although he has specifically written about the UK, it is applicable to India and other countries. Librarians and information scientists should mobilise public opinion in their institutions and elsewhere to make free online access to all our research publications a reality. We should talk to our clients (researchers and doctoral students) and policymakers (directors of labs, vice chancellors and heads of departments). Happy reading and best wishes.
