Dear Friends,

For my understanding, I want to refer to the JCI ISI Thomson Ruters Impact Factor Science Citation Index from 2000 to 2008. If anyone have it in pdf form, can you please post it to me? I am doing some analysis of Agricultural Journals of India and how their impact factor is changing. Now eigenfactor had also come and I want to understand them. Can you please also inform me how citation index of a indivicual can be find out? Any free webservice for that is available?

Any one had applied for the DSIR call for proposals for establishing Science Citation Index for India? I wish to do it for Agricultural and Allied Sciences but I dont have any knowledge and infrastructure for SCI. If any one had proposed the project, I would like to help them if they want any infromation about Agriculture and Allied Sciences.

Thanks & Regards
Sridhar
