You should not submit the document in the repository in the first instance itself. Else it will check similarity with itself and show hundred percent similarity. If document has been submitted in repository in error, you can get it removed by writing to software which us quite cumbersome. They may respond at their own timing. Reports are self explanatory and have to be read with little care. Similarity with Plagiarised text or so is clearly delineated . Similarity Upton ten percent is normally acceptable in most of universities. Hence no cause of concern. However as compared to Turn it in the repository of Urkund with which similarity is compared us not comprehensive, hence may leave some scope of not detecting a possible Plagiarised content. Hope it clarifies the issue. Tariq On 5 Sep 2017 7:57 p.m., "Subhash Khode" <subhashkhode27@gmail.com> wrote:
Dear sir/Madam,
We have Urkund software for Thesis plagiarism checking. When i checked the theses every time report shows only 2-4 % similarity. I told that i am checking properly. I am also unable to understand report completely.
Again i want to know if i have checked thesis and researcher want to submit after correction again then how i can remove first version of his/her thesis to avoid 100% similarity.
Kindly guide me in details.
Thanks
