AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS The manuscript should contribute the original research ideas, development areas, result analysis, research based findings, etc. The full length original research manuscript should not exceed six pages and it has to be as per the IEEE double column format. The accepted papers must be presented in the contest by at least one of the authors of the paper duly registered. IMPORTANT IEEE POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT he manuscript should not be communicated/accepted/published either in any of the journals/magazines or conference proceedings and it should not go under reviews in any of them. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice. If the paper ID has not received within the time frame, the authors are requested to contact through the technical program committee mail id. Initial screening will be done by the Technical Program Committee of SCPC 2017, which includes the scope the conference, plagiarism using Turnitin plagiarism checker software, organization of the manuscripts, quality of tables / diagrams / figures / illustrations/ equations and etc. The manuscripts got through the above process alone will be forwarded to the reviewer of the technical program committee. The outcome of the review process will be notified and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within the stipulated date. Revised version of the paper will be verified to ensure that all the suggested corrections have been carried out. Final decision will be taken by the technical program chair/ organizing chair based on their recommendations by the reviewers of technical program committee and the same will be intimated to the corresponding author.
