Dear professionals just want to know that i am interested in persuing Phd in LIS from foreign university under financial assistance or fellowship. but i found no details in MHRD , UGC, UNESCO, commonwealth website. some stuff is there in UNESCO website but is not recent one. kindly provide assistance in this regard.
