With this understanding, SDMIMD is organizing *2-Day Hands-on Workshop on Literature Review* on December 19 & 20, 2013 at our Campus. This workshop is focused on providing hands-on experience on different facets of literature review. The workshop sessions have been designed to ensure that the participants get both the theoretical and hands-on experience on these facets. This workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to carryout systematic and an acceptable literature review, by focusing on - *the conceptual understanding of literature review, locating relevant literature using a variety of sources, synthesizing the data in the context of their research questions, analyzing the data to understand the gap, presentation of the work, and linking the learning of the literature review to the research findings*.
