Dear Professionals, I would like to know the Book/journals acquisition procedure followed at corporate libraries? 1. Is purchasing of library books/journals done through direct procurement or is it routed through some other process? 2. Is any library using SAP for acquisition of library documents? 3. How many days it takes to receive a book in the library? 4. Does anyone procure articles/standards online (ones which are available for immediate download)? If yes; how do you make payments toward online purchases of articles/standards? Kindly reply. Thank you all in anticipation.
