No.R(IB)008-4/2007. Minimum Qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's Degree with at least First Class in any subject followed by a 2 year Post-Graduate degree or recognized equivalent qualification with First class in Education or Management or Library and Information Science or Journalism or Communication. 2. SC candidates with pass class will also be considered. 3. The sponsored candidates should forward their applications through proper channel. No stipend will be paid to sponsored candidates. Training is for a period of 18 months w.e.f. 01.08.2007 on a stipend of Rs.5,000/- per month (Fixed).
