Dear sir, Your suggestion is a costly suggestion. Information is vital at this hour of crisis. The amount that is spending on electronic resources is meagre. Our economic system has not broken because of COVID-19, it is because of ill-thought out approach to demonetization and GST. The successive governments have been reducing budgetary allocations for libraries and education itself. Nation Education Policy is also not in favour of libraries . How come research thrive if required resources is not available.
