There have been efforts from many distinct sources on how this issue can be addressed both physically and digitally, and these range from the creation of JSTOR or the eJournals Delivery Service (eJDS) of the International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Trieste in the last decades of the previous century to more assertive movements at the present time that include efforts such as the Internet Archive, Sci Hub and Lib Gen. Then speaker proposes to discuss these various initiatives and the impact that they have had on the academic landscape, especially in the global south Please treat this my personal invitation and join us for the program.
