Open Access and Digital Libraries Group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/oadl/ has set up a Wiki at http://oadl.pbwiki.com/ to facilitate working on a "Guide to Develop Openly Accessible Digital Libraries". This is the "TARGET - I" of the group and being done a collaborative manner. The WIKI presently lists a broad structure of the proposed guide. Suggestions are most welcomed.
