HOY there is one question is librarian responsible for the loss of books i n  the big libraries  or te whole staff is responsible for it any amendemnts in ugc and other library act.
please inform me about that.
how are you and how is your daughter tell to manju that now i am available in the library he has called up many times but i was not present becos i had a different work at some other department.
how about other friends and any special message inform me.
