In such cases who will be responsible for the preservation of the content without any discontinuity? Now NISO (USA) and UKSG have come up with the Transfer Code of Practice. The Transfer Code of Practice is available on the NISO website from the Transfer Standing Committee’s webpage: www.niso.org/workrooms/transfer/.
