Below is the work profile
1. Filing of Magazines, Newspapers & Annual Reports.
2. Circulation of Books/Magazines.
3. Discarding the old Newspapers (every friday)
4. Scanning of documents
5. Entering New Annual reports in the system
6. Filing of the bills and other important documents
7. Sending reminders to users
8. Physical processing of magazines
9. Overall back-end activities of the Library.
*Requirement for the post*
1. Graduate (B.com / B.A / B.Sc / BLISc)
2. Basic Computer Knowledge
3. Good Communication skills
4. Trustworthy
5. Willing to learn.
