Sir, This has reference to your mail Lis-Forum dt.21st Oct.2016 on Study of predatory journals. Please my following opinions on this topic. with regards,D.V.Patwardhan "Predatory journals have emerged in OA environment. The authors have to pay for publishing their papers. As the publishers get payment to publish papers and wish lure authors to choose their medium, many times stringent quality restrictions not imposed on authors' output. If predatory journals publish quality articles then it is great contribution for scholarly or else they simply create pollution in scientific world."
