Congratulations UCL for making available all your publications as open access. I just saw thie news story https://www.stm-publishing.com/ucl-press-celebrates-10-years-of-award-winning-open-access-publishing/. 

I value this policy of openness much more than the 32 Nobel Prizes your faculty have won. 

I wish all major universities around the world follow your model.
